Chinese Dance

Chinese dance encompasses the Chinese culture and is a part of the heritage that has been passed down through the long history of

China. It is mainly classified into two categories, Chinese classical dance and Chinese fold dance. Some of Chinese classical dance’s

movements, techniques and flips are influenced by martial arts and traditional opera. It has a very unique identity and style, with vivid

characteristics and a refined, sophisticated essence, through systematic training in bearing and dance technique. Each of the 56

ethnic groups in China has its own folk dance, with unique choreography and costumes, reflecting the variations of the group’s

religious, cultural and historical narrative. Chinese dance is embracing the world with its elegance and charm.
